GENERAL POLICIES

1. Disclaimer:
If you are shopping on our site that means you appreciate the time, energy, and heart that goes into making a garment by hand, one by one. The slight imperfections are part of the intrinsic value of something made in such a unique way as opposed to the robotic "perfection" and impersonal aspect of mass production.
The majority of our collection is made using pieces that were once entire garments, carefully deconstructed and reconstructed, or vintage remnants or antique fabrics. These garments intentionally preserve details inherent to the specific evolution of the original garment or fabric, for example wear and tear, mending, un-stitched hems, holes, and loose threads of original seams, discoloring and ageing. The most authentic and attractive effects, come from the history of the original deconstructed garments. Each Piece is made meticulously as a one of a kind heirloom, full of history, life and love. Each piece tells a story that will become the wearer's own. We hope you will cherish and enjoy your garment as much as we do.

2. Before purchasing
Please keep in mind that we are a small entity that makes unique, one-of a kind garments, one by one. In order to avoid returns we try our best to describe each item as specifically as possible. We will gladly provide additional information regarding dimensions, materials, colors or additional photos upon request. We prefer you contact us before purchasing if you have any doubts. We want you to love your purchase.

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the homepage/shop page reflect the clothes’ exact colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.

3. Custom or Personalized Orders.
We are happy to provide personalization, or make custom orders upon your request. Please contact us at neyney4@gmail.com in order to start the process. These items are not subject to our return policy and therefore require special attention at the time of ordering. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. We will provide all the help and instructions needed for measuring.
Made to measure items take some time to produce. It's important to discuss the dates when ordering, so we can make sure your item will arrive when expected.

4. Shipping Policy
We will ship your item as quickly as possible upon confirmation of payment. This will occur within 1-3 business days.

Your purchase will be shipped to the address you have provided. Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you make your purchase. Or if you wish to ship to a friend as a gift please notify us.

All parcels are sent by Spanish CERTIFIED MAIL, including tracking number which can be followed at www.correos.es

We do the best we can to provide efficient international shipping but once a package leaves Spain we have no control over the shipping time. Time in transit estimates are just that, estimates, and all countries have different customs policies and can choose to hold packages for varying lengths of time, in some cases 14-30 days. We appreciate your patience and trust the efficiency we have experienced with this service up until now.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Time frames for deliveries provided by Spanish Post are:

Spain: 2-7 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
USA & rest of the world: 10-30 business days

We can use a faster shipping method, and insurance upon request, adjusting the shipping prices to those rates.

We will ship to most countries upon request. Just let us know where you are and we will add the option to the item you wish to purchase.

5. ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We ask that you immediately inspect your purchase once it arrives. Please handle the item carefully and if you are unsatisfied please contact us within 3 days.

Full price items in original, unworn, unwashed, re- saleable condition, with tags still attached, and original packaging included can be returned to us within 14 days for a refund, less the cost of shipping. All returned or exchanged items must be shipped pre-paid and accompanied by the original receipt.

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment for returns, excluding the original shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund is processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale merchandise, underwear, swimwear, and Custom/Made to order or Personalized items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We are not responsible for customs charges or shipping charges on returned items. Package must be marked RETURNED ITEMS/DEVOLUCION.

We ensure that products are meticulously inspected before shipping; however should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at neyney4@gmail.com and include:

1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
2. Name on the order.
3. Email address on the order.
4. Please indicate a valid reason for your request, or specify the damage.
5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.

Repairs are approved on a case by case basis. If you have a garment that needs additional mending / repairs, please forward your inquiry to neyney4@gmail.com

Once your return is authorized and product is received, we will inspect it and notify on the status of your request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping Costs will be refunded on damaged or defective items upon approval.

We have the right to decline any returns if we note the item has been used, worn, washed, handled incorrectly and thus is not in a re-sellable condition.

We always encourage hand washing and hang drying on all items to prolong their lifespan and to save energy, however each item comes with specific instructions.
